I know it’s been a while since I’ve been consistently blogging, so here’s an update on life lately:
- We’ve moved from our apartment in the city to a house in the country and we are L-O-V-I-N-G it.
- Our baby is now crawling all over the place and walking around anything she pulls herself up to. She also has two teeth and I’m over here like, “Stop growing up so stinkin’ fast!!”
- We got family pictures made this Summer by a friend of mine at Clarkson-Legg Covered Bridge (where Hubby proposed), and I am so excited to get those printed and hung in our new home– very soon, hopefully! (Planning a little DIY for that, whenever that is. Still unpacking around here, so things are a bit crazy at the moment…)
Now. For the yummy recipe you’re waiting for! I have been waaaaaay off-plan lately because of all this moving craziness, but am determined to start back as soon as possible.
Here is a variation of the ever so popular Trim Healthy Mama’s “Good Girl Moonshine/GGM” There are so many ways you can make the fizzy apple cider vinegar drink, so experiment with it yourself to see which way you like it best!
This is one way I like to drink it:
- *4-5 strawberries
- *Handful of ice
- 1-2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
Stevia, to taste
Place all ingredients in blender (I used a one-serving blender), and blend till well mixed. Eat with a spoon or drink like a slushie.
*The more ice and strawberries you use, the thicker the slushie. Less ice/strawberries makes it more like the typical GGM drink.
