THM Cheese Quesadillas (S)

This recipe here is super simple and only takes a few minutes.

What you’ll need:

Low-carb tortillas
Grated cheese

Grease skillet with olive oil or butter. Place cheese on one half of a tortilla and fold; add to hot skillet and cook on both sides ’til golden brown. Serve warm and enjoy! This really goes great with THM tomato soup (recipe in most recent post).
