Hey, y’all! If you saw my last post, you’ll know the reason behind this oncoming short series of freezer meals I’ve got planned.

This one is for taco soup and is SO DELICIOUS. I hope you enjoy it! This is going to be a really yummy one to warm us up in the coming days of Winter once our baby gets here.

What you’ll need:

2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
2 cans corn, drained (you can also use frozen)
1 can tomatoes with green chiles
1 can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 packages taco seasoning
2-3 cups water

Brown meat and onion together. Add in all other ingredients and cook ’til hot. Freeze flat. Makes about 4 quart-sized bags.
