- 1 cup organic brown rice cereal with probiotics
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 pouch apple sauce (2 1/2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 veggie pouch (2 1/2 tablespoons) or homemade veggie mixture
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2-4 tablespoons filtered water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Melt coconut oil on low heat and pour into small mixing bowl. Add 1/2 pouch apple sauce, 1/2 pouch veggie, and egg whites to the oil and mix. Add wet ingredients to rice cereal in a large mixing bowl and combine. Add baking soda and water (one teaspoon at a time to make sure it’s not to watery). Put mixture into zip-lock bag, twist top to push down to one corner (like an icing bag). Cut tip at bottom to squeeze little portions onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes (rotate pan about halfway through). Remove; set oven to 250 degrees. Bake again for 30-60 minutes. Let cool. Store in air tight container for 7-10 days.
