Good morning! I hope your week is going wonderfully! Today I want to share a new-to-me recipe I recently tried out. Hubby and I were having roast and Mexican rice and I made these super easy (and yummy!) dinner rolls to go with our meal.
These things only take a jiffy to whip up and then only 15 minutes to bake! And besides that, there are only five ingredients!
What You’ll Need:
1 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and then scoop out into greased muffin pan. Makes about five rolls.
