Whether or not this is a “Thanksgiving food,” you can’t ever go wrong with peanut butter (unless, or course, you’re allergic, and that stinks). So–here’s a yummy, verrrry sweet, and extremely easy-peasy recipe for peanut butter fudge! I just made a double batch of this to take to our family gatherings this week.
What you’ll need:
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Bring sugar and milk to a boil, and let boil for 2 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into a pan; let set until firm; cut into pieces. And there you have it!
