Tasty Tuesday: Crock-Pot Corn Chowder

I’ve made this soup quite a bit, and it’s very yummy and quick to make. I hope you enjoy it!

Crock-Pot Corn Chowder

5 russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped (optional)
2 cans corn, drained
2 tablespoons butter
1 can chicken broth
1 cup milk

Add everything but milk and cook on low for 8-9 hours. Add milk and cook another 30 minutes, then serve.
